VRYHEID KZN: ‘Mr Fix It’ saves the day

It is great to have long weekends where we can do a few longer rides. The cooler mornings have the riders donning a few extra layers of clothing though and maybe cycling out a bit later to enable the sun to warm up the chilly air first.

Nothing is lacking in the camaraderie though, as we all still look forward to our long rides. The highlight of these rides is of course the breakfast pit-stops. With these long rides, sometimes we unfortunately do have technical breakdowns. But with Leon de Villiers in the group, it is seldom necessary to phone town for a pick-up truck. Thanks, Leon! We appreciate you in the group.
