The driver of a Toyota Corolla is lucky to have not sustained injuries in a crash earlier today, (May 7).

A Toyota Corolla allegedly lost control and veered off the roadway and crashed into an embankment.

Emergency personnel and a towing service responded to the scene.

The vehicle had to be towed out from the embankment on the side of the road.

Traffic passed the scene with caution until the vehicle was towed away.
