DUNDEE KZN: Seniors hail efficient vaccine programme in Endumeni

The programme will continue next week

The vaccination roll out programme against the Covid-19 virus is continuing apace at various venues in Endumeni. The Health Department has embarked on an extensive campaign to ensure all those over 60 receive the Pfizer jab.

Nurses and officials have been congratulated on the smooth running of the programme.

Waldo Thole said he and his wife, Jenny, had gone to the Dundee Hospital for the vaccination. “Kudos to the staff doing the vaccination who were very friendly and helpful and efficient.”

Others who contacted the Courier echoed the same sentiments saying ”going there was a pleasure’. “They put our fears to rest and there was a positive atmosphere all round,” said one woman who called the Courier.

Vaccinations were also carried out at the Old Age complexes and at Community Halls.

The programme will continue next week thus: HAVE YOUR SAY: Like our Facebook page, follow us on Twitter and Instagram or email us at dundee.courier@caxton.co.za.  Add us on WhatsApp 071 277 1394.
