Many parts of the country have been turned into a winter wonderland, with heavy snowfall in parts of KZN, the Free State, Eastern Cape and Lesotho.

From yesterday morning to this morning (June 2), there has been a drastic change in the look of the mountains, as more snow has fallen, almost covering the entire range with a blanket of whiteness.

Social media has been a hive of activity, with many people sharing photos of the snow and their experiences.
