Ladysmith KZN: 1 injured as bakkie and car collide in Jantha Street

One person sustained minor injuries in a crash last night (June 3) in Jantha Street.

The accident involved a VW Polo and a Toyota Hilux bakkie.

The cause of the crash is unknown at this stage and police are investigating the incident.

Public Safety, police and towing services responded to the scene, and a large crowd of onlookers gathered around to see what was going on.

One lane was still open for traffic to move past slowly until the Polo was towed away.
