A truck and a meter taxi vehicle were involved in a crash early this morning (June 4) in Murchison Street.

The collision took place at the intersection of Murchison and King Street. It is believed that one of the vehicles was turning off the main street while the other was travelling straight down the road.

Emergency personnel, Public Safety and towing services responded to the scene.

The driver of the taxi sustained minor injuries.

Motorists passed by with caution until the scene was cleared.
