A house fire broke out earlier this evening (June 24) in Spinner Road near Ruby Gailey Drive.

The exact cause of the fire is unknown at this stage. Police, Public Safety officers, fire-fighters and reaction officers from NN Alarms responded to the scene.

The flames spread rapidly through the rooms as fire-fighters battled the blaze.

Luckily, the family members living in the house were not injured.

A large crowd of residents from the area gathered at the scene to see what was going on.
