During these trying times with Covid related restrictions, we are finding it very difficult to get athletes out on the field.  Luckily, golf is one of the few sports that can be played during these times.  Our young golfers can enjoy a round of golf whilst getting some much needed Vitamin D in the process.  During the holiday we had 2 competition days where our team could compete for bragging rights and get a bit of coaching regarding the rules of the game from their coaches.    On the second competition day, the following scores were recorded over 18 holes:

Eric Lauwrens 84, Ethan Jansen 89, Lermard Fraser 97, Deagan Nuss 99, Heindre Smit 105, Nicki vd Merwe 109, Sibongumensi Zungu 113, Chris vd Merwe 117.

“We would also like to thank Mr Brent Fraser from Total garage in Glencoe for his generous sponsorship of the boys’ new kit.  They look absolutely amazing and can proudly feel like the successful DHS golfers that they are.”
