Family pays tribute to warrior woman, Tracey Marshall –

What I will miss most about her are her hugs; she would always hug us so tightly that we complained about not being able to breathe. I’ll miss her laughter and advice as well.”

These were the words spoken by Tegan Marshall, following her mother, Tracey’s sudden and untimely death this past month. Tracey was well-known and loved by many who had crossed paths with her over the years.

To many, she was a beacon of hope and a warrior woman, fighting a lengthy battle with cancer over the years. On May 2 however, her family received the heart-breaking news that Tracey had died unexpectedly due to respiratory failure.

In the days to follow, social media was abuzz with dozens of Tracey’s friends and family paying their respects.
