Estcourt model needs your help

As the KZN ambassador, Thandoluhle has her sights set on winning the International Junior Miss South Africa 2022 pageant

Former Estcourt resident Thandoluhle Chamane is counting on community support to help her win her biggest title ever… International Junior Miss South Africa 2022.

Thandoluhle (13) is a dedicated model and describes herself as a ‘well behaved lady who enjoys reading, dancing and spending time with family’.

She started modelling at the tender age of five and has never looked back.

This teen is an ambassador for local businesses DotCom Creation and PK Pictures.

“At my first competition, I was crowned second princess and that is when my love for modelling grew even more. After a few years, I started again at Dream Chasers Academy. It has been an amazing journey, but there have also been challenges,” she said.

To qualify for International Junior Miss South Africa 2022, Thandoluhle participated in the KZN leg of the pageant.

She is now eligible to represent her province at the gala national event, which will be held from June 27 to July 3 at the Sandton Convention Centre in Gauteng.

According to pageant director Tidimalo Tlhabi, the aim is to develop and encourage the youth.

“We award scholarships to individuals based on the basis of achievement throughout the weekend of the competition and service throughout the year as an International Junior Miss South Africa titleholder. The winners in each category at the Sandton Convention Centre will form part of a South African team that will represent the country at the international competition called International Junior Miss, which will be held in the United States of America,” he explained.

This would be a dream come true for the young teen and she is hopeful that with your support, this can come true.

Thandoluhle will have to raise more than R12,000 to be able to participate in the pageant and while she has the support of her family, she requires the financial backing of the community too.

Please call Thandoluhle’s mom, Sindiswe, on 073 311 4780 if you can help.
