The N11, between Newcastle and Ladysmith, has reportedly been re-opened to traffic. The route was closed earlier this morning (May 23), due to protest action which saw debris placed across the roadway.
The affected area, according to sources, was near Wasbank (near a biltong store). However, the road is now cleared.
At the time, motorists were being advised to seek alternative routes.
