Nofta honours its ‘pillars of support’
Nofta members were positive its Father's Day function would be another event for the ages.
The Newcastle Organisation for the Aged (Nofta) annual Father’s Day function was hosted in ‘grand style’ on Saturday (July 2). The event took place at Nofta’s service centre in Lennoxton.
Nofta representatives were positive the event would be yet another rousing success – even with the threat of load-shedding looming.
The Father’s Day event was held over due to other engagements, but it did occur at last,” said one of the organisation’s founders, SM Singh.
