CPF murder accused granted bail after 2.5 months behind bars

Presiding Officer Vernita Mundell has granted bail to former CPF murder accused, Ismaeel Dhalech (40), Ebrahim Adams (38), and Yaseen Mohamed (30).

Today (December 3) was the trio’s third bail application heard in the Newcastle Magistrates’ Court.

The courtroom quickly became filled with emotions as loved ones lined up to embrace Dhalech and Mohammed for the first time since their incarceration two-and-a-half months ago.

Accused 1 (Dhalech) and accused 3 (Mohamed) appeared in person, while accused 2 (Ebrahim Adams) was still in the hospital.
