Manhunt for cash in transit robbers on Sunset Rest road, Dundee area
The suspects are armed and should not be confronted by members of the public.
Police have launched a manhunt following a cash in transit robbery earlier this evening near Corobrik, on the R68, commonly known as the Sunset Rest road, between Dundee and the N11.
Police and security officials said the robbers were travelling in two vehicles – a Ford Focus with a ND registration and a blue Toyota Corolla.
The vehicles were seen heading for Glencoe but are now thought to have travelled towards Dundee.
No details were immediately available on details of the robbery or if there had been any injuries.
Anyone spotting the aforementioned vehicles is urged to contact the nearest police station.
