Volksrust defeated Sentraal 37-21 to book their place in the final after a hard-fought semi-final clash.

Sentraal’s season came to an end on Saturday after they were beaten 37-21 by Volksrust in a hard-fought semi-final.

Volksrust capitalised on their scoring opportunities to book a place in the final, despite a determined effort from the home side.

Sentraal fight back

Sentraal crossed the try line through L Kubheka, K Hlongwane and M Groenewald and were also awarded a penalty try.

Volksrust advance to the final

T Terry added two conversions, but it was not enough to prevent Volksrust from securing a 37-21 victory and progressing to the final against Vryheid this Saturday.
