Two pedestrians killed in two separate accidents

A 23-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene after being hit by a car on Commercial Road at 11:00 -11:30 p.m. on Saturday. The pedestrian was reportedly coming from the Winter Festival, at Kallies Stadium when the car struck him; he was pronounced dead at the scene.

In the second incident, a vehicle is said to have run over a person yesterday night near Catterall Drive’s entrance. He is believed to have died at the scene as well.
