Patient care survey to be undertaken by hospital

Dundee Hospital and its home clinic will be undertaking a ‘patient experience of care’ survey throughout the month of August.
The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from patients regarding their experiences of receiving care at these facilities.
The findings will help Dundee Hospital management find gaps and develop improvement strategies.
The survey’s questions can be answered in little more than 10 minutes. Participation is optional, but all hospital clients are strongly encouraged to do so. Participation is discreet and the participants will not be paid anything.
