Here’s where and when you can donate blood in November

Be a hero this November by donating blood to the SANBS.

The SANBS will be in the area numerous times during the month of November, so there’s no reason why you can’t donate.

Who can donate blood?
• You must be 16 years or older.
• You must weigh 50 kilograms or more.
• You must lead a sexually safe lifestyle.
• You must have a meal prior to donating blood.
• You must become a regular donor.
