A police vehicle overturned at Red Hill along the N11 today (August 2).

The two officers in the vehicle were injured, but not seriously.

ER24 paramedics rushed to the scene, quickly assessed the situation and stabilised the injured. 

The officers were shaken but relieved to have escaped with only minor injuries. Their vehicle, however, was damaged and had to be towed away.

The officers said they are grateful to be alive and are looking forward to returning to duty once fully recovered.
