Young boy accidently shoots himself?
The family denies that any conflicts may have led to the incident

An 11-year-old boy shot himself after allegedly playing with a gun in the Esigodini area on Monday last week. On the fateful night in question, police received a call from a CPF member regarding a shooting. When officers arrived at the scene, they found the boy sitting next to speakers inside the house. He was dead. According to the boy’s family, he went missing and his aunt started looking for him, as it was unusual for him to stay out late. The search party went to another household, where they were told he had been there but had left earlier. Returning home, they heard the boy crying and found him in the house with a gunshot wound to the forehead. A firearm was nearby. The family reached out to neighbours for assistance, but sadly the boy passed away. The family denies that any conflicts may have led to the incident. They are not familiar with the firearm, which has no serial number on it. A police investigation is underway.
