uThukela’s switchboard lines back online for public use

uThukela's phone lines have been restored, allowing residents to make enquiries.

uThukela District Municipality is pleased to announce that its switchboard telephone lines have been fully restored. After a period of downtime, the lines are now operational and the public can once again reach out to the municipality with their general queries.

According to uThukela spokesperson Jabulani Mkhonza, residents can contact the municipality by dialing 0366385100 / 2400.

The municipality encourages the public to use these numbers to report any concerns or ask questions.

For further information or assistance, the public can also contact the uThukela District Communications Call Centre on 0860104257.
