Madadeni Regional Hospital is appealing to members of the community for assistance in locating the relatives or friends of three deceased patients who were admitted to the facility.

The patients are…

According to public relations officer Nhlaka Mahlangu, the patients are known to them as:

• Ndaba Ephraim (73) – died on November 28, 2025,
• Zulu Sphamandla (32) – died on October 4, 2025,
• Zwane Sfundo (26) – died on October 10, 2025.

“Hospital staff have been unable to establish contact with any next-of-kin or obtain further personal details,” said Mahlangu.

The hospital urges anyone who knew the patients, or can assist in identifying their families or friends, to come forward.
