Easy Boerewors and Potato Pot

    Serves: 4

    • Ingredients
    • 500g beef wors
    • 4 potatoes, cubed
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 2 tomatoes, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon curry powder

    Method

    • Brown the wors and onion.
    • Add potatoes, tomatoes and curry powder.
    • Add a little water and simmer for 30 minutes.

    Serve with bread or pap.
