Beef mince and bean hotpot
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 500g beef mince
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tin baked beans
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Fry onion until soft.
- Add mince and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomatoes and herbs.
- Add baked beans and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with rice, pap or toast.
