Urgent appeal for water at AACL
Fresh drinking water is urgently needed for the 30 animals at the kennels.
The Ladysmith Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL) is urgently appealing to the community for assistance in the form of fresh drinking water for the animals in their care.
Water supply running low
The AACL has been without water since yesterday (September 17) and the JoJo tank supplying the facility is now running out. With the current water supply becoming critically low, urgent assistance is needed to ensure that the animals continue to have access to clean, fresh, drinking water.
“30 animals are depending on us”
The AACL is currently caring for 23 dogs and seven cats. These vulnerable animals depend on the league every day for their basic needs, and access to water is essential for their well-being.
How you can help
The AACL is appealing to businesses and members of the community who may be able to assist by providing fresh drinking water or help to fill the JoJo tank.
Any assistance will be sincerely appreciated and will directly benefit the animals at the kennels.
