Successful year for Themba Girl Guides

Themba Primary School hosted a closing ceremony for the Girl Guides recently.

The event started outside in the veggie garden and then the formalities began indoors. The Girl Guides planted different vegetables in the garden before the Grade 7 farewell function was hosted.

Certificates of appreciation were given to girls who were selected by their schoolmates in recognition of being friendly, faithful, loyal and helpful.

Sethabile Radebe scooped this year’s crown for being the best overall achiever.
