VHS takes on LHS in different sporting codes

The scores of all the games are available on the school’s Facebook page

Vryheid High School (VHS) faced off against Ladysmith High School (LHS) in an action-packed day of sport on Saturday, with chess, rugby, netball, hockey and debating teams from both schools going head-to-head in Ladysmith.
The competition was fierce, with both schools displaying impressive skills and teamwork across all five sporting codes. All the participants gave it their all and made their respective schools proud.
The event was a fantastic opportunity for learners from both schools to engage in friendly competition, build relationships and develop their skills in their chosen sport. The debating team, in particular, had a chance to showcase their critical thinking and public speaking abilities.
The scores of all the games are available on the school’s Facebook page. Thanks to all the coaches who work tirelessly to create a culture of excellence in VHS’s sporting programme.

The first rugby team had their Sponsors Evening on Friday night. The first team boys were happy to receive their kit for the season. Once again, thank you to all the sponsors. VHS appreciated your input.
