VHS Interact Club spreads joy at Inkulukelo Children’s Home

The club's selfless act is a shining example of the positive impact that young people can have on their communities

On Friday, the Vryheid High School (VHS) Interact Club embarked on a heart-warming mission to bring joy and support to Inkulukelo Children’s Home, a non-profit organisation (NPO) dedicated to caring for disadvantaged children.
Driven by their compassion, as per the school’s values, the VHS learners collected an impressive array of donations. The donations included food, clothing and toys. These essential items will undoubtedly make a significant difference in the lives of the children at the home.
The Interact Club members took it upon themselves to deliver the donations to the home, where they were warmly received by the children and staff. The visit was not just about dropping off donations – the Interact members also spent quality time with the children, engaging in playful activities and creating unforgettable memories.
The club’s selfless act is a shining example of the positive impact that young people can have on their communities. Special thanks to Mrs Booyse and all the Interact members who made this initiative possible. Their kindness, compassion and dedication to making a difference are truly inspiring.
