Heated competition and festive fun as Hamilton hosts athletics day

Parents came along to cheer from the sidelines, adding to the festive atmosphere on the day.

Hamilton’s Intermediate Phase and College learners enjoyed a fantastic day of sporting action as they competed in the annual Inter-House Athletics Day.

Determination, enthusiasm and team spirit

The energy around the field was incredible, with each ‘house’ getting behind their athletes and cheering them on throughout the day. From track events to field events, the young athletes showed determination, enthusiasm and plenty of team spirit, making for an exciting day of competition.

The day was also made special by the wonderful support from parents who came along to cheer from the sidelines. Their encouragement added to the atmosphere and helped to create a memorable day.

All the best to athletes representing Hamilton

With the inter-house athletics wrapped up, attention now turns to the Christian Schools Zonal Athletics on Saturday (August 15) in Kranskop.

Hamilton’s top athletes will be representing the school, and everyone wishes them the very best as they take on the next challenge.
