“Tis the season to be jolly…”

The saying reminds us that the holiday period is meant to be a time of joy and celebration.

Yet, many people and even pets do not get to experience the happiness that the festive season brings.

While you prepare your Christmas lunch or place presents under the tree, spare a thought for those who will be going without this December.

Many families will be waiting for local NPOs to arrive with a small gift or a food parcel, simply so they can put a meal on the table.

If you are able to help, consider making a contribution to any of the organisations listed below. Your support could make someone’s Christmas a little brighter this year.
