Workers playing politics?

MUNICIPAL workers are not politicians nor officials. All the employees are hired according to their education and qualifications, to help politicians to run their offices, so that services will be rendered to anyone in the community.
It is sad to find out that most of the workers like to practice politics in their office, as if they were politicians.
At the end, after elections when the politicians change, workers need to be axed and lose their jobs, to follow their politicians, because workers are not serving the community but only wish to impress their political bosses.
