Sir,
Is it possible for the Endumeni Municipality to please to erect a notice board in our Melville/Smith Street park, stating the following:
* All litter to be thrown into bins provided.
* Adults not to use the swings. (One has already been broken since the municipality upgraded the facilities recently.)
* Cars and trucks not to drive over the kerb and park in the park- it is not a parking lot.
* No consumption of alcohol, breaking of bottles and scattering of glass in the park. (This will surely cause damage to tractors once mowing starts, not to mention it is illegal to drink in public places anyway!)
* No urinating and immoral activities.
* Fines will be imposed if the above is not adhered to – or even possible arrest.
