Editor – Please allow us some space in your newspaper to express a belated but heartfelt “Thank You” to Sharaj Ambulance personnel, Yash and his colleagues, who rendered assistance to our father, Mr Solly Jessop, while transporting him to La Verna and later to a Durban hospital.
The paramedic crew was extraordinarily polite, caring, efficient and exceptionally attentive to his needs. Our father was in the best of hands thanks to the professional and gentlemanly people in their employ. Their kindness was the best medicine for our family.
Sharaj Ambulance staff should be recognised for the outstanding performance of their difficult jobs. They constantly reassured him, thereby reducing his fear of going to the hospital. In our books, they deserve a perfect ‘10’ for their performance!
We would like to say it is a comfort to know that a neighbourhood ambulance service employs such high calibre staff.
This letter is to commend their employees. The personnel were professionals, doing their job in a way that should make their profession and Sharaj Ambulance Services very proud!
This is an unsolicited compliment to the company and more specifically the two members of the team who helped us. We can’t tell you how much we appreciated their care and efficiency. Even though our father has recovered, the ambulance staff stay in touch with our family. In a world filled with criticisms, we ask the management of Sharaj Ambulance Services to please accept this compliment.
