Garth van der Merwe would formally like to thank those involved in helping make his goals of being part of the 2013 France Rugby Tour possible.

All of the hard work and donations are greatly appreciated and Grant would like to thank all the locals involved including, but not limited to, the following people: Melton Schiever for donating a kudu and organising a guinea fowl shoot, Arnold Boettiger for hosting a golf day and the much appreciated players of the golf event, Linda and Glen Meyer for hosting a fundraiser and Joost Solms and Bruce le Roux for donations.

A special thank you to those who donated vouchers that were auctioned off, and a very special thank you to the lucky winners of those vouchers.

Thank you again to all the friends, family and community for making my dreams come true.
