Please may I through your newspaper say a BIG THANK YOU on behalf of the SAVF Estcourt management branch to the generous people of Estcourt?

It was brought to our notice that there are a number of destitute families at Winkelspruit who have requested aid from the SAVF and at our Yearly Conference it was brought to the attention of the other branches at the meeting.

With that in mind I returned home and made an appeal to many people here in town and received a number of most generous donations from them to be sent down to the people at Winkelspruit.

There are a number of families staying there and the ages of the families range anywhere from new-born babies to elderly people.

The gifts consisting of blankets, clothing, crockery, cutlery and much more was delivered via our SAVF Durban branch to them for which they are extremely grateful.

Thank you again to the generous people of Estcourt.
