The DA Councillors write:- WE once again want to appeal to residents to adhere to the refuse collection schedule.
There are still people who put refuse out on the wrong days. Please telephone Phumlani at 082 255 0000 if you are not sure when to put out your refuse. The new system is working well but could be perfect if everybody worked together!
The same goes for the dump site. Please don’t just dump where it is easiest for you. There are demarcated areas for household, garden , builders rubble etc.
Dumping in the wrong area creates extra work and, worse, even encourages other dumpers to do the same which increases the problem. PLEASE PLAY THE GAME AND BE PART OF HELPING OUR TOWN.
