Appreciate staff who go the extra mile

Since January I have noticed that there is no water at the tourism officer, meaning no toilets either

Editor
I am a frequent user of the Greyhound bus and visit my grandchildren in Johannesburg every month.
I have become accustomed to waiting at the Tourism Centre each time, since they have the most friendly and welcoming staff, who always go the extra mile by carrying my luggage, looking out for the bus and ensuring I catch my bus each time.
Since January I have noticed that there is no water at the tourism officer, meaning no toilets either.
After asking the staff at the centre, I was told that they are in the process of fixing and replacing pipes, this was in February.
It is now May, is the work still going on?
When there are so few municipal staff that actually take their jobs seriously and go the extra mile to ensure comfort and joy, I think the municipality should take these staff members seriously and ensure that they are also happy with their working conditions.
