I have had to visit Home Affairs several times lately, for different things, and I wish to congratulate the local Dundee department on their excellent service.
From the helpful security officers at the door, to the efficient and pleasant officials inside, the service one can only be described as impressive. On many days they deal with a great number of people, but they are still friendly. The building itself is clean and in good repair. The phone is answered by a person who is able to give sensible advice.
Other people too have commented on the good service we receive at our local Dundee Home Affairs.
