To the residents of Colita, we would like to address the issues that relate to drug abuse and the high crime rate within the Colita area. We are appealing to the community of Colita that has been affected by these criminal activities and the public and whoever has concerns that pertains to this issue to come and discuss a way forward.

As you have noticed that our youth in the area have now resorted to drugs, alcohol and criminal behaviour and as we have seen the situation has now become uncontrollable. Members of the community that have been affected by this have taken a resolution to take the law into their own hands.

So therefore the Restore Order Committee suggests that the community come in and join us for a community meeting to discuss how to deal with the issues we are faced with. To conclude, we will be hosting a community meeting on Wednesday, September 17 at the Colita Community Hall at 6pm. We appeal to every household and interested person to come and join us.
