Roaming dogs are such a menace

Owners, take control of your dogs, don't allow them to jump over walls

Editor
Dogs in the street are a menace to other people. They want to bite people walking on the street. One dog was killed by a car, the cars have got to swerve for the dogs and this can kill pedestrians on the side of the road. Owners, take control of your dogs, don’t allow them to jump over walls.

Keep your gates closed and keep your dogs inside your yards. The street is for pedestrians and motorists, not for animals. The SPCA does nothing.

The municipality must wake up and warn people to keep dogs or any other animals off the streets. Where are your by-laws? Owners of dogs in Elizabeth Avenue, Brickhill Road, Rolland Hellet Road and the whole of Estcourt, wake up and keep your gates closed and your animals in your yards.
