Where do you go to report lazy councillors?

Dear Mayor, Is there a procedure a person can go through to get a tavern closed down. It doesn’t help to phone the police to get the persons under control who are causing disturbance. The people are drinking outside the tavern and then when they are totally drunk they will make donuts in front of the tavern and cafe. I don’t care if they get into an accident and end up dead. I only care about this disturbance to be smothered as soon as possible. The tavern in question is the one in Arbor Park. Your assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Mr Mayor, can you please advise as to what is or will be done about parking in and around the CBD, are there parking meters earmarked, as the parking situation in town is really choking our businesses, thank you
The parking meter issue is turning into a real nightmare. We are still trying to get the best operator and system.
Cllr Afzul please tell us what process to follow if we not getting any help from the people that are being paid to help us but choose not to like the ward councillors for certain areas? Our ward cllr only comes around once in a while and never responds to issues we face. No visibility unless it’s election time. Very tired of this especially because we’re always told to contact ward cllr for issues in our wards.
