‘I am moved by the willingness to forgive’

It warmed my heart to see the involved parties reconcile and the event ended with an exchange of lovely gifts

I am living testimony that we learn from our peer’s good deeds. On Thursday, August 27 a farewell/reconciliation ceremony was hosted at Riverdale Primary School.

Mthembeni Majola who was previously an Admin Clerk at the school gathered with educators who were expelled during 2007. Mr Majola is currently the Chairperson of the School Governing Body (SGB). It warmed my heart to see the involved parties reconcile and the event ended with an exchange of lovely gifts.

Mr Majola indicated that there was a misunderstanding between the educators now parting from the school. I would like to thank Riverdale Primary staff for making the event possible and humble thanks to the Principal Mr MM Magubane for all the effort made to bring the educators together.I am overwhelmed and moved by the willingness to forgive, forget the past and move on with life.
