Everything is just a mess and a nightmare. All aspects of businesses are compromised by inefficient employees. How many employees does any company require to capture relevant information?
Where there are five to eight sections in a department, why appoint only one to capture information? Use a qualified and competent employee to capture relevant information. If that particular employee needs training, provide it. It would benefit both parties. Why rush to capture important information, only to pick up mistakes after years when an enquiry is made. Take time to ensure the information captured is correct.
Everybody makes mistakes, but if you concentrate on your work there will be no errors. Errors manifest when you sit and talk to somebody in your office and don’t concentrate.
Whenever information is captured and you know that it is of utmost importance, back away and leave the person who captures information. You don’t want your information to be incorrect on a system.
