Thank you Home Affairs

The Department of Home Affairs should be proud to have dedicated staff like Sibongile and Jabu working for them

Please allow me to give my sincere thanks to Sibongile and Jabu from the Department of Home Affairs. My son has applied for some documents in October 2015.

After several visits to Home Affairs, the documents eventually arrived only for me to find out that the incorrect document was send.
This became a race against time now as it was required urgently.

After several attempts to contact the main call centre with no help, I turned my attention on the local Home Affairs in Estcourt. I dealt with both above mentioned ladies and they absolutely went beyond their call of duty to assist.

These ladies sent e-mails and made phone calls all the time to try and sort this problem out. With their great assistance, the correct document was received eventually. Without their assistance this would not have been possible and the Department of Home Affairs should be proud to have dedicated staff like Sibongile and Jabu working for them.
