I would like to bring your attention to the poor service of the refuse removal from Hibiscus Avenue.

I called the municipality and they advised me that there is nothing wrong with the truck that does the refuse removal; they just forgot to pick the refuse. I spoke to a staff member from the municipality who advised me that the staff totally forgot to pick up the refuse from our street.

Is this the type of service delivery we are given when we pay rates?
