‘Ambulance services has improved’

I have noticed the complaint about the ambulance services and would like to express my appreciation for the many times these paramedics have come to our assistance at the Crises Centre.
Yes, we have had to wait at times, but, nevertheless, they also have other public calls on their services.
I would have thought that in the case of the urgency for attention for the pregnant mother and child, one would have asked the neighbours or a taxi service to get her to hospital as quickly as possible.
Generally speaking, I do think that the services at our local hospital have improved considerably thanks to the relatively new management.
