LETTER: Thumbs up to compliment managers who saved my life at the Newcastle Mall

When I reported my mistreatment by the security guard on February 18, they welcomed me and listened politely and in a dignified manner.

Madam – Compliment.

I would love to give a “thumbs up” to the managers of Shoprite Hypermarket in Newcastle Mall.

They managed to save my life with their excellent management style. I had elevated blood pressure from February 18 to February 21, in spite of taking medication for it.

When I reported my mistreatment by the security guard on February 18, they welcomed me and listened politely and in a dignified manner.

After our conversation, my blood pressure dropped to normal within 24 hours.

Good healers go unnoticed.
