Editor – If the uThukela Municipality spokesperson, Jabulani Mkhonza, doesn’t know what is causing water interruptions, then who does know?
You can’t just sit there on your laurels and say that your engineers are working to establish the cause of the water cuts.
You guys at uThukela Municipality are just lazy, incompetent and wasting our money.
We, as ratepayers, should stop paying our water accounts and let’s see what happens after that.
uThukela must wake up!
