The sewage flow that is plaguing residents in Colita.

I contacted Uthukela and the Department of Environmental Affairs in 2016 to attend to the overflow of raw sewerage in Colita and all they did was sort it out for a while not trying to find a long term solution.

They have now dug a trench so that the seeping sewerage flows out and down this open trench. The stench is unbearable! It fills our homes so badly that we have to keep our windows closed.

People, this is going to cause typhoid and cholera! Something needs to be done immediately because this matter is going to be taken further.
