Editor – Through your esteemed paper, the Ladymith Gazette, I wish to convey my sincerest gratitude and heartfelt thanks to the community of Ladymith.
I was the unlucky victim of an armed robbery on Wednesday, May 17. The fast-acting Community Policing Forum (CPF) and security company ensured speedy assistance. Paramedics and police were on the scene within minutes.
Neighbours, family, friends and well-wishers filled my home with concern and loving support. To the staff and doctors at La Verna Hospital, thank you for creating an “at home” atmosphere, ensuring my comfort and speedy recovery.
To the community of Ladysmith, your kind gestures and concern do not go unnoticed.
